As our Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the expanding of the use of Dalux’ product portfolio in Lithuania.

We are looking for a motivated person, who wants to be actively involved in developing our business activities in Lithuania. We are looking for a colleague who wants to drive digitization in the construction industry on a broad front and who is genuinely interested in providing our clients with an excellent Dalux experience.
Some of your daily responsibilities as Sales Executive will include:
- Identify new potential customers, thoroughly understand their needs and match them with our high-end digital solutions
- Confidently handle complex B2B software sales processes according to strategy and maintain strong relations with both new and existing Customers
- Successfully implement Dalux software in the Customer’s organization and train their Super Users – both online and at the construction site
- Engage in various marketing activities such as attending conferences, planning of various Dalux user events, trade shows and seminars as well as conducting webinars focusing on Dalux products
- Participate actively in our internal network at Dalux
Your background
You have a degree in construction, business development, or a related area. Proven and substantial B2B SaaS sales skills are essential as well as documented experience with building up a new customer portfolio. Furthermore, we expect you to have thorough knowledge of the construction industry in Lithuania; having worked at a construction site is an additional advantage. You are native in Lithuanian and fluent in English. Fixed salary starting from 4.000 EU gross/month depending on your experience and seniority.
