Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Sales Agent based in Vilnius. The Sales Agent will engage in identifying and reaching out to potential clients, driving sales campaigns, and maintaining close communication with customers to build strong relationships. Daily tasks will include delivering excellent customer service, meeting sales targets, and educating customers on products and services, including insurance offerings. The role also involves providing training to develop a deeper understanding of our offerings and ensuring exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and manage inquiries effectively
  • Proven expertise in Sales with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Knowledge and experience in Insurance products are a significant advantage
  • Training skills to educate customers and team members on product or service insights
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English is preferred
  • Prior experience in a sales or client-facing role is a plus
