Job Title: UX Activation Specialist
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
Type of contract: One Year Extendable
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. User Research and Analysis:
o Conduct comprehensive user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability studies to
identify user needs and pain points.
o Analyze user behavior data, feedback, and engagement metrics to assess user experience and
product performance.
o Develop user personas, journey maps, and scenarios to guide the design process.
2. Design and Implement UX Strategies:
o Develop UX strategies and design solutions that meet both business goals and user needs.
o Collaborate with designers and developers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces across
web and mobile platforms.
o Ensure consistent and seamless user experiences throughout all product touchpoints.
3. User Testing and Feedback:
o Lead and manage usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions.
o Analyze test results and iterate on designs to address user feedback and optimize interaction
flows.
o Incorporate qualitative and quantitative data to drive continuous improvements to product
usability.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with product managers, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment
of UX strategies with business and technical goals.
o Serve as the user experience advocate within the team, promoting best practices in design,
development, and content strategy
o Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders regarding UX improvements, challenges,
and user feedback.
5. Continuous Improvement:
o Monitor product performance metrics and user behavior post-launch to identify opportunities
for further UX improvements.
o Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UX design, and integrate them
into the product design process.
o Ensure that user experience improvements are continuously implemented based on evolving
needs and market trends.
6. User-Centric Communication:
o Clearly communicate design decisions, user research insights, and UX strategy to cross functional teams and stakeholders.
o Advocate for the user within the product development process, ensuring that user needs are
prioritized.
o Support the education of the organization on the importance of user-centered design and best
UX practices.
Required Skills-:
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of JavaScript to understand the
technical feasibility of design solutions and collaborate effectively with developers.
Proficiency in using tools like UserTesting.com, Hotjar, and Crazy Egg to conduct
remote usability testing and analyze user behavior.
Ability to create low-fidelity and mid-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma,
Adobe XD, or InVision to test and validate design concepts quickly.
Familiarity with design software like Adobe Photoshop and Sketch can be beneficial
for creating visual elements in prototypes and mockups, even if the primary design
work is handled by dedicated visual designers.
Ability to analyze user research data from surveys, interviews, and usability testing to
identify patterns and trends.
