Site Foreman ( Construction, Civil )

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Foreman / Site Supervisor with a strong background in construction and civil . The ideal candidate will oversee on-site activities, ensure work is completed on time and within budget, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Coordination

• Oversee daily construction activities and workforce on-site.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assign tasks and monitor the performance of laborers and subcontractors

• Quality & Safety Compliance
• Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control.
• Enforce health and safety policies to prevent workplace hazards.

Project Execution & Planning

• Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities.
• Monitor progress and report delays or issues to management.
• Ensure the availability of materials, tools, and equipment on-site.

Labor & Vendor Management

• Supervise workers, resolve conflicts, and ensure productivity.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material deliveries.
• Maintain attendance records and work logs.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily progress reports and submit them to the project manager.
• Keep records of site activities, including material usage and labor hours.
• Identify and troubleshoot any operational challenges.

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in construction or civil site supervision.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.

Leadership: Strong supervisory and team management skills.
Communication: Effective verbal and written communication for reporting and coordination.
