Shop Helper

Job Summary:
The Shop Helper assists with daily operations in a retail or workshop environment by performing various manual and supportive tasks. This role ensures the workspace remains clean, organized, and efficient to support sales, customer service, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and unloading goods and deliveries.

• Help organize and stock shelves, displays, and storage areas.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the shop/workshop.

• Assist customers in locating products and carry items when needed.

• Perform basic maintenance or repair tasks under supervision.

• Dispose of packaging materials and waste properly.

• Support sales staff and other team members as required.

• Follow safety and hygiene procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Basic education (minimum high school level preferred).

• Good physical stamina; ability to lift and carry heavy items.

• Willingness to follow instructions and work in a team.

• Basic understanding of safety standards.

• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
