Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Shop Helper to assist in day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate will support staff in maintaining a clean and organized environment, helping with deliveries, stocking shelves, assisting customers, and performing other general duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in unloading and organizing deliveries.

• Help maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the shop.

• Restock shelves and displays as required.

• Support the sales team by helping customers locate items.

• Assist with packing or wrapping items for customers.

• Dispose of waste and handle basic cleaning duties.

• Follow all safety and security guidelines.

• Perform other related tasks assigned by the manager or supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Intermediate

• Basic understanding of shop operations.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate loads.

• Honest, punctual, and customer-focused.

• Previous experience in a retail/shop environment is a plus.
