Job Purpose:

The Senior HR Manager will oversee Human Resources to achieve strategic objectives through effective people management. Acting as a strategic partner to top management, the role focuses on employment, development, compensation, and employee relations to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop HR plans for compensation, benefits, health, and safety, while maintaining HR information systems.
  • Provide guidance to management on people management, performance, and development.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards, including resolving litigation risks.
  • Manage the performance management system, including performance planning, review, and employee development.
  • Implement succession planning to align talent development with strategic objectives.
  • Coach and develop HR team members to enhance productivity and skills.
  • Oversee training programs to build employee competencies, including monitoring training effectiveness and budget.
  • Manage recruitment and selection to ensure fair and accurate candidate placement.
  • Foster a positive work environment, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting engagement.

Qualifications:

  • 7-9 years of experience as an HR Manager.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and organizational operations.
  • Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain confidentiality, and develop strategic HR initiatives.
