As part of our Enterprise Sales Team, we are looking for Sales Operation Analyst. This role will require you to support in processing and calculation of commission and incentives related to sales channel and processing of payments related to sales team, promotors, and vendors. This role will require you to follow up relevant stakeholders for the approval and payout of commission and incentive and assist in reporting the weekly/monthly sales performance of Enterprise team.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Support in calculation of commission and incentives for the sales channel (Direct and Indirect)
- Follow up relevant stakeholders for the approval and payout of commission and incentive
- Processing of payments related to sales team, promotors, and vendors
- Keeping track of all payments and reconciling with Finance and Vendors and resolving disputes, if any
- Designing of sales boosters and promos for sales channel (Direct and Indirect)
- Assist in reporting the weekly/monthly sales performance to management
- Support in closely monitoring the performance of sales channel (Retail, ICPs, AMs)
- Support in compiling the requirements from sales team and preparing initial draft of commercial proposals
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years in financial analysis experience, preferably in commercial focused environment.
- Identify and assess key investment risks and sensitivities
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Analytical Skills: Highly proficient in analysing data to extract actionable insights for improving sales performance
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively across departments to ensure team success.
- Adaptability: Ability to handle a fast-paced setting and juggle multiple tasks
Key Job indicators:
- Accurate computation of Enterprise sales commission and incentive
- Timely payout of commission and incentive to sales channels
- Regular reporting of commission budget utilization
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
