Our client, a multinational manufacturing business, is seeking a Sales Manager, Oman – to be based in Sohar.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales activities to achieve company revenue goals. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring that the sales team meets or exceeds set targets. The Sales Manager will work closely with other departments to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. You must be experienced in developing sales strategies, business development, client relationship management, training and development, and sales forecasting.

To be considered for this position you must have the following:

  • Already be based in Oman and working in/able to work in the City of Sohar
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
