About the role:
We are looking for a Sales Manager to grow our client base through proactive outbound sales. Your focus will be identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships and converting prospects into clients. You will own the sales process from initial outreach through onboarding and the first six months of the client relationship.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach prospective business clients across target markets and industries.
- Build and manage an outbound sales pipeline through calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals and industry events.
- Understand prospective clients’ payment needs and present suitable Payswix solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms within agreed guidelines and close new business.
- Work closely with onboarding, compliance and other internal teams to support a smooth client onboarding process.
- Develop client relationships during the first six months, supporting service adoption and coordinating the resolution of queries.
- Meet agreed sales targets and activity KPIs, including outreach, meetings, proposals and new clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular updates on pipeline progress, expected sales and market feedback.
- Represent Payswix at international conferences and business events.
Requirements:
- Relevant B2B sales experience in fintech, payments or financial services, or experience selling to businesses in higher-risk sectors.
- A proven track record of generating leads through outbound prospecting and converting them into clients.
- Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline independently, prioritise opportunities and meet targets.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand client needs and explain solutions clearly.
- A proactive, organised approach and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different teams.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, at C1 level or equivalent.
- Willingness to travel internationally for conferences and client meetings.
- The right to live and work in Lithuania.
- Experience selling business accounts, cross-border payment services or merchant acquiring solutions (an advantage).
- An understanding of client onboarding and compliance requirements in a regulated financial institution (an advantage).
Company offers:
- Opportunities for professional development and personal growth;
- Team building events, summer/winter parties;
- Possibility to partly work remotely (a week per month);
- Pension compensation for the 2nd stage;
- Loyalty program with additional vacation days;
- Health insurance after the trial period;
- Friday Lunch and snacks in the office.
Salary:
1500 – 2000 €/mon. net
The final offer depends on experience, motivation, and competence.
