Job Description:

A leading supplier of construction and safety products in Oman is looking for a Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in selling road safety products and industrial fasteners. The ideal candidate should have good market knowledge, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales within the construction or infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on sales leads in the road safety and fasteners segment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and distributors
• Promote and sell products such as safety barriers, signage, bolts, anchors, and related items
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contributing to company growth
• Provide timely reports on sales activities and market trends
• Ensure excellent customer service and post-sale support

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in road safety products and/or fasteners, preferably in Oman
• Familiarity with the local construction and infrastructure market
• Valid Oman driving license preferred
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Self-driven and goal-oriented personality

Salary:

Attractive salary package + commission based on performance
