Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Coordination:
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with client details and sales progress.
- Coordinate site visits and meetings with potential clients.
- Marketing Support:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, including social media, email campaigns, and events.
- Create content for online and offline marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Organize and participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to represent Kehlan Pools.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Address client feedback and escalate concerns to the relevant departments.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain organized records of sales and marketing activities.
- Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses for marketing activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for promotional materials.
