Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Coordination:
  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with client details and sales progress.
  • Coordinate site visits and meetings with potential clients.
  • Marketing Support:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, including social media, email campaigns, and events.
  • Create content for online and offline marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare reports.
  • Organize and participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to represent Kehlan Pools.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Address client feedback and escalate concerns to the relevant departments.
  • Identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain organized records of sales and marketing activities.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses for marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for promotional materials.
