Job Title: Research and Development Engineer

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Type of contract: One Year Extendable

Job Summary:

• Work on R&D (research and development) to meet the needs of our AI and Emerging technology strategy.
• Understand client challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can help lead to solutions
• Work with cross-functional teams in identifying and prioritizing key areas of and business improvements using AI and Emerging technology solutions can drive significant business benefit
• Implementing machine learning (ML) solutions while setting and maintaining defined quality standards.
• Data Handling & Analysis: Collect, clean, and preprocess data; analyze large datasets to extract insights and build predictive models (for Data Scientists and AI/ML Engineers).
• Model Development & Optimization: Design, develop, train, test, and optimize machine learning and AI models (AI/ML Engineers), as well as deploy them into production (AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists).
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, data scientists, business stakeholders) to deliver data-driven solutions, optimize processes, and ensure seamless integration (all roles).
• Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies and methodologies, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve models, systems, and processes (all roles).

Essential Skills :

• Programming Proficiency Expertise in Python, R, C++, and other relevant languages is fundamental for all roles, as they are essential for coding, scripting, and building systems.
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking The ability to break down complex problems and devise innovative, efficient solutions is crucial in all technologydriven fields.
• Machine Learning/AI Knowledge Familiarity with ML algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AI techniques is key for AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
• deployment and scaling is vital for DevOps and AI/ML roles.
• Data Manipulation & Visualization xpertise in data wrangling, cleaning, and visualizing data using tools like Pandas, Matplotlib, and Tableau is essential, especially for Data Scientists.
• Collaboration & Communication Strong teamwork and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are critical across all roles for smooth project execution and success.
