Kitchen Helper

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Helper to assist in daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will support chefs and kitchen staff by maintaining cleanliness, preparing ingredients, and ensuring smooth workflow in the kitchen. No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation, such as washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and meats.

• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of trash.

• Help organize and store kitchen supplies and ingredients properly.

• Assist cooks and chefs in basic cooking tasks when required.

• Follow hygiene and food safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

• Support in unloading and stocking kitchen supplies.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the chef or kitchen supervisor.

Requirements:

• No formal education required; previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus.

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy items.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
