General Manager, Digital & Innovation (14383)

Role Purpose:

Oversee the development and innovation solutions organization-wide, leading two distinct divisions. One focuses on commercial units like EBU and CBU, while the other caters to non-commercial units such as HR and Finance. Acting as a central hub, it ensures coherence with the overarching organizational strategy and executes IT projects in alignment with strategic objectives

Minimum role requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
• External: 10 years of total experience & at least 5 years in a managerial position

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead strategic initiatives like API monetization, e-commerce, and data platforms for growth
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet their needs
• Oversee development of innovative solutions for efficiency and productivity
• Partner with external entities to ensure digital solution security and reliability
• Build responsive Digital & Organization Enablement roadmap aligned with goals
• Establish agile methodologies for continuous improvement
• Lead development and enhancement of commercial and non-commercial projects
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and schedule application development
• Drive digitalization and automation using AI, ML, and RP
• Manage budget allocation for digital IT function to meet objective
• Ensure successful project outcomes across the delivery lifecycle
• Develop IT plans aligned with organizational strategy
• Manage IT portfolio to deliver value and align with strategic objectives
• Manage annual IT budget for delivery within approved limits
