Customer Success Manager for Infrastructure

Our company is growing rapidly, and we are now looking for an ambitious Customer Success Manager to strengthen our team in Vilnius working with our Infrastructure clients.

As our new Customer Success Manager – Infrastructure, you will be the key expert responsible for implementing and developing Dalux solutions for our customers within the infrastructure sector. You will build strong, long-term customer relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with Customer Support, Product Management, and Finance to ensure successful delivery of our services.

Your role as Customer Success Manager – Infrastructure

Including but not limited to:

• Supporting new and existing customers in understanding and using our high-end BIM solutions.
• Presenting the Dalux product portfolio to potential new customers.
• Leading onboarding, implementation, and training of the full Dalux product suite.
• Supporting existing customers with technical or feature-related questions when needed.
• Participating in networking groups, trade fairs, and industry events.

Your background

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering, surveying & planning, geotechnical engineering, or a related field. You bring solid knowledge of the construction and infrastructure sector, combined with hands-on experience in infrastructure projects. We hope to see that you have a strong technical understanding — particularly within BIM and digital construction tools. Experience from a user or practitioner perspective is considered a strong advantage. You are motivated to take ownership, share knowledge, and continuously develop your skills in a fast-paced environment. You need to be fluent in Lithuanian. Lativa and Estonian are also considered a plus.

Fixed salary starting from 4.000 Euro/month depending on your experience and seniority.
