About the job
Job Purpose:
Responsible for producing visually stunning designs and animations that align with our brand’s messaging and values, as well as creating engaging and informative content for various platforms. Work closely with the marketing, internal and events teams to ensure that all content produced is in line with the bank’s overall goals and objectives.
Key Tasks and Duties:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the bank’s brand identity, purpose, values, and target audience.
- Cover events through photography & videography to create highlight videos of the covered activities
- Produce visually stunning designs and animations that enhance the overall brand experience, such as social media graphics, infographics, video content, and other multimedia.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, internal, events, and business, to develop content that supports various business initiatives and campaigns.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to ensure content relevancy and effectiveness.
- Analyze content performance metrics, such as engagement, conversion, and traffic, and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Edit and proofread content for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to the bank’s style guide and legal requirements.
- Manage and maintain an organized content calendar to ensure timely and coordinated content delivery across channels.
- Continuously enhance content development skills and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in financial services, content marketing, and digital communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, animation, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in managing campaigns and producing high-quality content.
- Strong understanding of the banking industry, including financial products, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent verbal and written English & Arabic communication skills.
Experience & required skill:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design and animation, preferably in the financial industry.
- Strong design and animation skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and other relevant software.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with content management systems and marketing automation software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
