About The Role

Join our team as a Business Development Executive where you’ll help individuals find the right franchise opportunity and guide them through the decision-making process. You’ll speak directly with aspiring entrepreneurs—mostly in Arabic and English—and close deals that change lives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle sales pipeline: from first contact to final close
  • Run persuasive virtual meetings and provide strategic consults
  • Identify opportunities and tailor offerings based on prospect needs
  • Track performance, forecast results, and manage your CRM like a pro
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve outreach efforts

What You Need

  • 2–3+ years in sales with closing responsibility
  • Proven track record of converting high-intent leads
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Independent, resourceful, and focused on results
  • Experience in franchising, health services, or consulting is a plus
