Role Description:

Mays is looking for a passionate and ambitious Automotive Sales Trainee to join our team in Muscat, Oman. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the electric vehicle (EV) industry, develop sales skills, and learn how to provide exceptional customer service in a high-tech, fast-growing sector.

As a Sales Trainee, you will work closely with our experienced sales team to assist customers, manage showroom activities, coordinate test drives, and handle online inquiries. This role is designed for individuals eager to develop a career in automotive sales, customer engagement, and sustainable mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement & Support – Assist showroom visitors, answer their questions, and guide them through the EV buying experience.
• Test Drive Coordination – Help schedule and organize customer test drives, ensuring they have a smooth and informative experience.
• Digital & Online Sales Assistance – Respond to online inquiries via email, website chat, and social media under supervision.
• Product Knowledge Development – Learn about Mays EV’s vehicles, features, and technology to provide accurate information to potential buyers.
• Sales Process Support – Assist the sales team in CRM data entry, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
• Customer Relationship Building – Support in nurturing leads and engaging with potential customers to enhance sales conversion.
• Market Insights & Learning – Stay updated on EV trends, customer preferences, and the latest advancements in automotive technology.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Passion for automotive sales, electric vehicles, and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems or willingness to learn.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
