The Opportunity

We’re seeking a bilingual Account Executive fluent in Arabic and English to join a mission-driven sales team scaling a franchise network across the U.S. You’ll handle the entire sales process, from lead to close, and play a vital role in a brand that’s growing nationwide.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from discovery to closing
  • Convert inbound leads and prospect for new business
  • Guide clients through high-impact franchise opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot/Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership on messaging and pitch strategy
  • Share insights to optimize the go-to-market playbook

What You Bring

  • 2–3+ years as a closer in full-cycle sales (B2C or franchise experience is a bonus)
  • Native or fluent Arabic and English communication
  • A consultative sales approach with strong closing instincts
  • CRM fluency and disciplined pipeline tracking
  • Ability to work independently in a remote EST-hour schedule
