Sales Promoter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Sales Promoter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services, increasing sales, and engaging with potential customers to enhance brand awareness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively approach potential customers in retail locations, events, or designated areas.

• Demonstrate product features and benefits to boost interest and sales.

• Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and offers.

• Maintain a neat and attractive product display.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and promotional goals.

• Collect feedback and report customer trends to the sales manager.

• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns promptly.

• Assist in inventory tracking and restocking promotional materials.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or sales is a plus.

• Proven experience as a promoter or in a similar customer-facing role.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

• Outgoing personality with the ability to engage customers.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Familiarity with sales principles and customer service practices.
