Role Purpose

leading and managing the sales function for Services sector. The primary purpose of this role is to develop and execute a comprehensive sector sales strategy – by hunting for new sales and revenue opportunities, farming existing accounts for revenue growth, and cultivating strong multi-level account connects and stakeholder management for customer retention.

Key Accountabilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Services sector, aligning with the enterprise business goals and objectives.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders in Services sector, understanding their needs and pain points, and delivering customized solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Services sector, leveraging market insights and industry knowledge to build a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth for Services sector through disciplined sales cadence to achieve sales targets and related KPIs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other functions such as Marketing, CEX, ICT and Group Subsidiaries to ensure the products and services meet the needs of Services sector and deliver maximum customer value.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback as feeder inputs for developing sales strategy and tactical plans.
  • Budget Management: Manage the sales and revenue budget for Services sector, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact and ROI.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain accurate sales reports and analytics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and enable informed decision-making.
