Job Purpose

Assist the Head of Sales to Develop and implement an effective selling plan for the assigned destination as well as direct and manage the activities of the sales team to achieve the requested sales targets with full control over the sales function and staff within the budget.

RESPONSIBILITES

A. Strategy and Planning:

  • Assist the Head of Sales to establish and monitor the budget of the sales unit and its integration within the overall business plan.
  • Assist the Head of Sales in Developing and implementing departmental policies and procedures and ensures compliance with the other department’s policies and procedures and local governmental regulations.
  • Makes recommendations to the Head of Sales, regarding strategies for successful completion of projects and improvement to the process.

B. Operation:

  • Achieve monthly / quarterly / annual sales target – upon required product mix Train, guide, support, and lead those subordinates to achieve needed company objectives & targets.
  • Approach of new sales channels / self-generation of leads.
  • Handling of corporate business & channels.
  • Facilitate proper communication between upper management and associates.
  • Maintain a minimum accepted level of market competition awareness.
  • Maintain needed skills for paperwork & work-related logistics.
  • Dealing with different types of clients.

c. People Management:

  • Instils a performance driven culture within the team.
  • Develops and coaches direct reports encouraging a culture of learning and self-development.
  • Ensures a working environment that fosters motivation and collaboration between the team members.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • BA/BS in Business Administration or related field required. MBA is a plus
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in real estate or a related field, ideally with an emphasis on residential real estate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
