Job Title: Domain – Subject Matter Expert

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Policy, Social Work, Law, Economics, or a related field

Type of contract: One Year Extendable

Job Summary:

• Interpret and analyze social security laws, regulations, and policies to ensure
• compliance.
• Offer expert-level guidance on the design and implementation of social security
• programs.
• Conduct training sessions for internal teams on social security policies and systems.
• Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to ensure system alignment with social
• security requirements.
• Conduct research on global best practices and propose enhancements to current
• systems or policies.
• Prepare detailed documentation, policy reports, and knowledge-sharing resources.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Technical Skills :

• In-depth understanding of social security frameworks, regulations, and systems.
• Familiarity with analytical tools, data reporting software, and regulatory compliance
• systems.
