About Us

Kehlan Pools, a leading name in swimming pool and fountain construction in Oman, is renowned for delivering high-quality, innovative, and sustainable solutions for over 15 years. We are looking for a Facilities Management Administrator to oversee the operational aspects of our facilities and ensure seamless support to our AMC projects and services.

Key Responsibilities

Facilities Management

  • Coordinate and oversee the maintenance, repair, and functionality of swimming pools both commercial and residential projects.
  • Develop and implement schedules for routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
  • Monitor compliance with safety standards and regulations across all facilities.

Vendor and Resource Management

  • Manage contracts with service providers, including cleaning, security, and maintenance vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, tools, and spare parts.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain records of maintenance schedules, vendor agreements, and facility-related expenses.
  • Prepare reports on facility operations, highlighting key areas of improvement.
  • Support the team with documentation and compliance tasks.

Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with the construction team to align facility resources with ongoing projects.
  • Ensure readiness of tools, materials, and on-site utilities for efficient project execution.

Qualifications

  • Education: Experience in Facilities Management or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role, preferably in swimming pool industry, construction or related industries.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in facilities management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards.
