Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager – Operations to lead our operational activities, manage key accounts, and drive business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional client service, and generating new business opportunities. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Proposal/Agreement Development and Management:
Create and present new proposals for existing customers to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the complete hiring cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of employees.
Recruitment Coordination:
Shortlist and arrange CVs for recruitment based on specific requirements. Coordinate interviews for new candidates and replacements.
Sales Personnel Onboarding & Deployment:
Onboarding new personnel ensuring all compliance documents related to their employment records are well recorded before they join. Manage the deployment and relocation of sales personnel, ensuring they are well-informed and prepared for their roles. Plan and execute visit plans to promoters’ work locations to ensure compliance and address any issues. Brief promoters on company codes of conduct and performance expectations.
Performance Discussion:
Engage in regular discussions with brands and promoters regarding sales performance to drive improvements.
Documentation Management:
Maintain comprehensive written records of all information related to deployed promoters, including all employment records with deployment letters and grooming standards. Ensure all necessary documents are organized and filed appropriately.
Final Settlement Coordination:
Confirm final working day details and process exit paperwork with HR in collaboration with clients. Plan cancellation and exit dates for sales personnel and promoters, including flight bookings and documentation as necessary.
Reporting:
Send weekly reports on operations every Saturday, outlining key metrics and performance indicators.
Key Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, fostering strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads and nurturing relationships with potential clients. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for growth.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive overall business success
