Roles and responsibilities

· Guide & develop the day-to-day activities of the Marketing team

· Overseeing the complete operations of the company’s marketing activities.

· Weekly monitoring of our listed products in our outlets

· Devise strategy & time plan of our product launch

· Assigning, following up and ensuring targets are achieved of focused SKU’s.

· Quarterly update on our focused SKU’s

· Focused SKU’s Targets are revenue based.

· Devise a plan or potential on which SKUs to focus for the succeeding quarters.

· Prioritization of brands and sub brands along with relevant activities

· Ensure delivery of the yearly activity plan with respect to product launches, line extensions and associated marketing campaigns on time & within budget

· Assist the marketing department to solve any problems that arise, acting as the subject matter expert & support person for all marketing-related difficulties.

· Design & developcost effective & creative product campaign which achieve positive financial results & encourage customer interaction

· Conduct regular market visits with focus on regions, SKU’s, sales personnel, as well as alone

· Complete frequent review to keep abreast of consumer trends and competitor marketing activities, adjusting company’s marketing plan accordingly.

· Build and develop marketing strategies

· Staff management includes assigning duties, providing effective training, motivating and supporting the marketing team.

· Recommend & implement the influencer advertising plan.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and consistency in branding and messaging.

· Develop and manage marketing budgets, tracking ROI and adjusting strategies as needed.

· Continuously evaluate and improve marketing strategies to ensure maximum effectiveness and ROI.

· Efficiently managing annual marketing budgets.

Requirements & Skills:

· Experience working within the FMCG industry

· Hands-on experience in prolific marketing campaigns.

· Willingness to embrace new ideas and processes.

· Outstanding ability to plan and manage budgets.

· Ability to quickly prioritize and assign tasks
