Summary
Position Overview:
The Sales Executive – Corporate Segment is responsible for driving revenue by targeting corporate clients, fostering strategic partnerships, and positioning Alila Jabal Akhdar as the preferred choice for luxury business retreats, incentives, and meetings. This role involves strategic planning, client acquisition, and account management to achieve corporate sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to penetrate the corporate segment.
- Identify and secure business from key accounts, corporate travel managers, and MICE planners.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and negotiations with corporate clients to maximize revenue.
2. Account Management & Client Relationships:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensuring repeat business.
- Provide personalized service to meet client expectations for events, meetings, and stays.
- Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, addressing their inquiries and needs efficiently.
3. Market Research & Business Development:
- Monitor trends in the corporate travel and MICE market to identify new opportunities.
- Attend corporate-focused trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the resort.
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials targeting corporate audiences.
4. Reporting & Analytics:
- Track and analyze corporate sales performance, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Provide monthly and quarterly reports on corporate sales activities and pipeline status.
- Recommend strategic adjustments based on market feedback and performance metrics.
5. Coordination & Collaboration:
- Partner with the operations team to ensure flawless execution of corporate events and group bookings.
- Liaise with marketing to ensure alignment of sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with other segments (leisure, MICE) to leverage cross-segment opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in luxury hospitality or travel.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate travel, MICE markets, and incentive planning.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools.
- Preferred Skills & Attributes:
- Understanding of GCC corporate culture and business etiquette.
- Experience managing high-profile corporate accounts and partnerships.
- Ability to present compelling proposals tailored to the corporate audience.
- Multilingual abilities (Arabic, English, or other relevant languages).
- Passion for luxury hospitality and creating unique corporate experiences.
