Responsibilities:
- Promote company products to customers in retail outlets.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features and provide detailed information to encourage sales.
- Maintain product displays, ensuring they are clean and well-stocked.
- Achieve sales targets by actively selling and upselling products.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Track inventory and report stock levels to the supervisor.
- Assist in promotional activities and marketing campaigns in-store.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the sales team.
- Prior experience in sales promotion or retail is preferred, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
