Role Purpose:

To manage all retail sales activities to help achieve Business Centers Sales revenue by developing and implementing sales targets and initiatives; to monitor the performance of Business Centers sales channels and to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Ensure alignment with company growth strategies and support business expansion initiatives. Develop and execute business plans and sales strategies to achieve company sales goals, profitability, and market share objectives.
  • Customer Experience: Elevate Customer Experience (CEX) in outlets to achieve leadership status in the local market.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders in Consumer to leverage all the outlets in Oman, understanding their needs and pain points, and promote Business services.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Business Centers, leveraging market insights and industry knowledge to build a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth for Business Centers through disciplined sales cadence to achieve sales targets and related KPIs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other functions such as Marketing, CEX, ICT and Group Subsidiaries to ensure the products and services meet the needs of Business Centers and deliver maximum customer value.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback as feeder inputs for developing sales strategy and tactical plans.
  • Budget Management: Manage the sales and revenue budget for Regional SMEs, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact and ROI.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain accurate sales reports and analytics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and enable informed decision-making.
  • Strategic direction and innovation: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the team to achieve Sales goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to identify value proposition gaps and prioritize sales efforts for revenue acceleration.
