Role Purpose :
Developing and implementing branding strategies that align with the Omantel’s vision, mission, and values, by creating brand guidelines, defining brand voice and tone, and identifying key messaging for various target audiences
Position Information:

- Line Manager: General Manager Corporate Branding & Communication
- Direct reports: 1
Minimum role requirements:
- Bachelor in relevant discipline
- 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a management position
Key Accountabilities:
- Create and manage brand assets, ensuring that all branding efforts are consistent and cohesive across all channels
- Collaborate with other departments such as CBU & EBU marketing, campaigns, and product development to ensure that all branding efforts are aligned and integrated
- Develop and implement the company’s brand strategies, which include identifying target audiences, creating messaging, and developing marketing campaigns that promote the brand
- Manage Omantel’s brand image and ensure it’s consistent across all channels
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, identify trends, and gather feedback
- Work closely with other departments within the company to ensure that all messaging and campaigns are aligned with the overall brand strategy
- Oversee and liaise with relevant teams for brand campaigns such as National Day & Ramadan
- Liaise closely with the CSR team to position Omantel as a strong contributor to CSR
- Manage budgets for branding and marketing campaigns, ensuring that funds are allocated effectively
- Monitor and analyze the performance of branding and marketing campaigns, using data analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve performance
- Develop the section’s SLAs to ensure seamless and timely delivery of services
