Golf Course – Project Manager

Reporting into the Project Director the Golf course Project Manager is responsible for efficiently managing and executing assigned projects within approved parameters like cost, timelines, functionality and quality in line with DarGlobal strategies and plans.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Conduct risk assessments and create contingency plans to mitigate potential challenges.
• Regularly communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Monitor project financials and make recommendations to adjust resources and timelines as needed.

Qualifications and Experiences:

• Must have experience on at least three 18-hole golf course construction, grow in and project management in the region
• Strong knowledge in Agronomy planning and implementation to provide best turfgrass surfaces
• Strong knowledge in reviewing construction specification for greens construction
• Previous experience in procurement of golf course equipment fleets
• Previous experience in Golf course pre-opening
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
